Toshiba Electronic Devices and Storage Corporation have introduced three new photo relays namely, TLP3480, TLP3481, and TLP3482 in a P-SON4 package. All the three devices have an OFF-state output terminal voltage rating and ON-state current rating ranging from 30V and 4.5A to 100V and 2A.
With a small mounting area of 7.2mm2 (typ.), and an ON state current rating of 4.5A(TLP3480), 3A(TLP3481), and 2A(TLP3482), the new Photo relays are suitable to be used in a wide range of measuring equipment applications such as Semiconductor testers (memory, SoC, LSI, etc.), Probe cards and I/O interface boards.
