Toggle Switch Project - IC CD4017

Hi Maheshwaran, I have used both the CD4017 and the HCF4017 both have the same pinout and should work the same for your circuit as well. So there is no doubt that you have used the right IC.

The problem why you are not getting the output should be with your connectinos. Use a multimeter and try debugging it, it is hard to tell you where the problem is with the information you have provided
