Virtusa has announced the acquisition of SmartSoC Solutions, the final piece that completes its full-stack capabilities. The company’s portfolio now covers everything from chip design to cloud applications. The deal adds over 1,400 of SmartSoC’s engineers to Virtusa, bringing deep expertise in VLSI, physical design, and embedded software.
This puts Virtusa in a position to tap into the growing demand for AI-driven solutions.
