KYOCERA AVX's New Thin-film Band-pass Filters for Wireless Applications

KYOCERA AVX launched the BP1206 and BP2816 series of compact, thin-film band-pass filters to deliver enhanced RF performance in high-power wireless applications. They are designed for a wide range of applications such as telecommunications, military, aerospace, medical, and consumer electronics.

BP1206 and BP2816 Series come with enhanced in-band performance with Kyocera’s multilayer integrated thin-film (ITF) technology to deliver low noise, sharp roll-off, and steep attenuation for better signal filtering. They support frequencies range from 240 MHz to 6,100 MHz, ideal for a wide range of high-frequency wireless systems to operate.

The BP1206 Series supports frequencies from 1250 MHz to 6,100 MHz, The filter rejects the values ranging from -25 to -40 dB, making it ideal for 5G and 6G LTE networks, base stations, and satellite communications.

BP2816 Series operated from the frequencies 240 to 1,260 MHz, The filter rejects the values ranging from -25 to -45 dB, perfect for MRI machines and similar medical equipment. Hence, providing reliable and efficient communication for wireless devices. Kyocera‘s New Thin-Film band-pass Filters are RoHS compliant and are available both in tape and reel packaging.
