3D-Printed Mini Robotic Tank

A YouTube enthusiast made a 3D-printed mini tank that is compact and functional. The YouTuber “The Wrench” created this tiny tank with the help of Fusion 360 to make its body. Featuring its tiny 3D design and creativity.

At its core, we have a Seeed Studio XIAO ESP32C3 camera dev board along with N20 motors to turn the wheels. These wheels are connected together with the help of a hair band and free wheels to give the tanker a smooth movement. It has a charging module and is mounted with the custom PCB. The custom PCB gives the project an aesthetic and clean look.

The explanatory video by the maker shows the challenges faced during the project, such as the camera working while motors that give power to the wheels fail. After troubleshooting by disconnecting the camera, the tank finally worked.

Overall the project was successful but faced some connectivity issues. The maker promises to come back with a better version with improvements. Wrench is planning to make the improvements in the next upcoming version and promises to share the updated codes. He shared that this was a fun project and ensured to update on the improvements in this project. We have many fun DIY Robotic projects, make sure to check those for your next DIY projects.
