Ever thought of turning a pistachio into a working AirPod? Well, a creative Penguin DIY just fixed earbuds into pistachio shell, by dismantling the earbuds, reducing their size, and fixing all the components into the same miniaturized board that will fit into a pistachio shell.
The process wasn’t easy. He had to meticulously remove, resize the board, and solder each tiny part onto the resized miniboard, making sure everything worked perfectly at each step. A 25mAh Li-Polymer battery was used to keep the earbud rechargeable, allowing it to fit back into the original AirPod case.
Watching the process is both satisfying and relaxing, as every step is done with precision and skill. Despite its unusual casing, the modified earbud retains Bluetooth connectivity and touch controls. The project is a mix of creativity and tech skills, showing that you can turn everyday objects into something completely unexpected.
