Automotive Grade IHLP Inductor features Operating Temperature to +180 degree C with low profile of 7mm

Vishay Intertechnology released a new IHLP-6767GZ-8A Automotive Grade IHLP Inductor to save space in under the hood automotive applications and features a continuous high operating temperature to +180 °C offered in 6767 case size with a low profile of 7.0 mm. The devices are AEC-Q200 qualified and optimized for energy storage in DC/DC converters up to 2 MHz. It offers excellent attenuation of noise in high current filtering applications up to the SRF of the inductor.

 

The Vishay Dale IHLP‑6767GZ‑8A are packaged in 100 % lead (Pb)-free shielded, composite construction that decreases buzz to ultra-low levels.  With ability of operating in a continuous high temperature, the devices make its space for the applications such as filtering and DC/DC conversion in engine and transmission control units, diesel injection drivers, and other under the hood applications, in addition to noise suppression for motors, power mirrors and seats, HID and LED lighting, heating and ventilation blowers, windshield wipers.

 

The IHLP-6767GZ-8A features high resistance to thermal shock, moisture, and mechanical shock. All devices are RoHS-compliant, halogen-free, and Vishay Green.
