Subliminal strobing LED automotive (Motorcycle) lights circuit.

I have just watched the video where you use the "LED Strobe Light Circuit”.

I have two 12 volt (for Automotive application) lamps each has four bright LEDs and I want them to a “subliminal” strobe effect.

Can your "LED Strobe Light Circuit” be changed or adapted to provide a subliminal strobe effect.

I realise that you may well know the definition of “subliminal” is, I include it here to help make you understand what I want …  subliminal (of a stimulus or mental process) below the threshold of sensation or consciousness; perceived by or affecting someone's mind without their being aware of it.

Maybe from the time you or maybe your grandparents went to  the likes of a cinema to watch the newsreels or to a movie (and as recently as 40) years ago a company trying to advertise & sell frozen pizzas would put a photo of a great looking pizza in 1 frame every 30 frames of the Newsreel, Movie or their TV advert. This had the effect that you would go to the shops and buy their pizzas. This practice was outlawed atleast 30 years ago.

This was “subliminal advertising” and was outlawed as a form of mind control. I want the "Off" section of the strobe to be“subliminal flashing" as your subconscience mind will see it as movement & your conscience will take another look, in the same way you see flashing lights on bicycles.

I hear you say "hard wire a bicycle light to your Motorcycle. I would except that it is illegal to have a flashing light on a Motorcycle or Car except Police, Emergency Services and all the vehicles that have orange flashing lights you see at places like roadworks.

So again it needs to be subliminal which does not break any laws.
