Soldering cables to components with no solder tag

Sorry if this is a dumb question (pretty new to electronics) but I'm buying the following audio jack: https://imgur.com/a/nCPmFD7

On the product page, it says "PCB mount" and you can see that there aren't solder tags on the pins, but I can still solder cables to it even though it doesn't have a solder tag, right? Any help would be greatly appreciated :).

hi hans, just saw your picture, the components has pins under it so you can directly mount it on a PCB if you have used the correct footprint. And yes it is also possible tto solder wires and then use it on breadboard or perf board

I'm new to electronics also but regardless i'll wager an answer; you probably could but it wouldn't be the most durable solution. You would be better off using something like this:
