This is a very simple circuit to make but I am unsure on how to test it. This is to transfer the push to talk signal to voice systems that use different voltages. I was able to build the circuits easy enough but where they are to be implemented is over seas so I need to test them before sending them and I don't have the same equipment here that is in use there. The voltage at pin 13 is 12V.
I have a 48v and 12v power
I have a 48v and 12v power supplies. I'm not sure how to hook them up and what condition I should see at one end.
