improvements on solar energy

Try designing a Solar Power bank to charge mobile phones. I was thinking of building one my own. All you need is some basic knowledge of lithium 18650 cells and some skills over any microcontroller. Desing a power bank that can be charged uising a small solar cell when placed undersunlight. The microcontroller should help in solar tracking process and implementing some basic algorithm like MPPT or SPA

I have an idea which is very easy to implement. You just need a old ceiling fan, then dissemble the parts. Take the DC motor and cut off wings from the 6 inch PVC pipe as required. The DC motor is used as the Generator and Wings for the rotation of the motor which are attached on the shaft of the motor. Did you understand what I mean?.
