Measuring volume of dialysis fluid flowing in transparent tube and activating solenoid pinch valve

Sir,
Iam new to this forum. Iam doing peritoneal dialysis manually.
Fluid bag is hung on a stand, and it is gravity drained to the peritoneal cavity. Now I want to stop the fluid flow at a particular volume say 1000ml.
My idea
Clamp on flow sensor- Arudino -Pinch solenoid valve.
Please give me circuit ideas.
