Project Support

Hello, our company is in the manufacturing business. We make plastics hoses for vacuum swimming pools cleaning.
We weld the hoses with plastic extruder line but because the welded section goes inside the hose there is not way to tell if the welding was done fine. Our hoses are 50ft long so it will take a long time to check and test if the welding worked.

Our goal: The hose is running in an assemblying line, thickness of the hose is 0.11" so de distance from the hose O.D and the welding line is around 0.06", that means
the heat of the glue welding is almost the same from the outside and the inside(95 degrees outside and around 97 degrees inside).
The glue is constant and always in the same spot but sometimes the glue is not present in some sections of the hose and we can't see it or sometimes the glue
is shifted to an area where glue is not supossed to happen. So, in my understanding I will need a camera and software system so i can position the camera
above the hose where is always sending images to the software, then those images will be always the same until there at some point there is not glue in the
inspected section or if glue was displaced, so image is compared with the good quality one. Willing to pay for this project!

Thank you!
