Electric motor design

Looking for a retired motor designer to help me understand the viability of a potential new project. The project is a permanent magnet motor/generator. I am a physist but am not good at electronics. I understand the basics, but not well enough to evaluate the viability of my idea. I am looking for a hobbyist to discuss what happens. If the project is successful, I would give 10% of the company to whoever is able to help. If the project is not viable, I will buy whoever helps a very nice bottle of liquor. Let me know if you are interested. I am in upstate NY but can travel to discuss. NDA would be required.
