only one question asked.Can you used microcontrollers in industrial yes or no? I am not refering to the cost.Is there any concrete proof of the lifespan of the microcontroller.

Life span of what? A mcu has multiple component? The ALU? Oscillator? Read Write cycles of the Flash memory?
