Furuno Radar Screen RDP 104

Hi, I amd tryin to repair a Fruno CRT Radar Screen. Horizontal output transistor was defective, replaced it screen comes on now...but transistor  is extrrmely hot.

At some one's suggestion I replaced snubber capacitor also. There's a 10uF 25Volt non-polarized capacitor in the circuit that get a little hot..I don't know what it does but I don't thing it should heat up. I have no diagram so I'm guessing and being very careful. Can some one help me?
