eMMC to SD conversion

Hello,

I am new to the world of electronics and I am really enjoying it.
I have a project I am working on and I am looking for friendly advice for the conversion of a eMMC card to SD card. There are several data connector pins on the eMMC and 0-3 on a SD.

Where do I solder each of these connectors to the SD? I've been hunting online but can't seem to find anything?

This depends on the hardware.

This depends on the hardware. Memory card works in two protocol, SPI and Dedicated SD card interface. Which one are you using?
