Cutting the cord

Submitted by Pamela on

Hello.  I am trying to switch to an over the air antenna and have discontinued my cable provider.  I have Superior Essex T 2007 2x22 BW CF cable already running under my house with cable ends attached inside that can be connected to the TV.  What I am missing is on the outside where I want to connect my antenna to the cable.  There isn't a connector of any sorts on the cable to connect to the antenna. Any ideas on what I need to get this type of cable to match up the standard antenna?  The cable has 4 wires inside- 1 blue, 1 blue/white, 1 orange, 1 orange/white. I've never dealt with this type of wire.

What is your tv model number? could you provide an image of the TV connectors side?

In broadcast television, cord-cutting refers to the pattern of viewers, referred to as cord-cutters, cancelling their subscriptions to multichannel subscription television services available over cable or satellite, dropping pay television channels or reducing the number of hours of subscription TV viewed in response to competition from rival media available over the Internet.
