Is any FRAM is available with DDR interface? As far as my search, parallel and serial (I2C and SPI) interface based FRAM is available. Is it possible to design a DDR FRAM with Parallel interface FRAM?
If you want a RAM to work in parallel interface with DDR then go with DRAM.
As you said FRAM can work either SPI or I2C but not in parallel since it has only a limited bandwidth. I am not an expert on RAMs so take this with a pinch of salt
