Please provide more informations? What do you mean by the synchornus circuit? What functionality you want to generete by the waveform?

synchronus circuit means it would have connect to some other circuit to work synchronusly with it. As far as functionality is concern you have not provide any detail about the circuit so it is impossible to describe the possibility of waveform. if the circuit is of function generator than its output would e waveform. 

Personally i do not understand what you really want. Maybe you can provide us with more information so that we can be able to answer you accordingly.
