Air flow sensor

Hello,
I would like to design a sensor that can detect air flow and will sound when it detects absence of flow.

This is for aeration system for fish farming

Do not design the sensor, it is available, design the circuit.

You can use wind sensor or very high gain microphones to use as a sensor. When you detect 0 out of it and just turn on the buzzer.
