Android head unit IC burnt out

Hi this is my first post here. So, sorry if this is in the wrong place. I'm hoping someone can help with my problem. I have an Xtrons 1 din headunit with a  burnt out IC.

Leaving an MOT centre a while back, the + lead came off the battery. I jumped out of the car to replace it. Forgetting to turn off the ignition. Got back in and started the car. I could smell burning. The buttons on the stereo were lit up. But there was no sound and no picture on the screen I've been in touch with Xtrons but they want $100 for a new motherboard.

So I'm wondering if anyone knows what the IC circled in blue might be. If it helps, there are two capacitors in line with the IC One in front (just behind the coil) and one just out of shot (behind what Looks to be another coil) both are rated 470µF 25V.

Sorry don't know how to get a thumbnail with this. But it is a shot of the whole motherboard.

This could be a power ic. But, search in web if any dis assembly video or picture is available and you could get the ic number.
