"An error occurred while uploading sketch" - Esp32

Hey I've been trying to upload a sketch on my esp32-wroom board and keep gettin this error

Arduino: 1.8.13 (Windows Store 1.8.42.0) (Windows 10), Board: "FireBeetle-ESP32, 80MHz, 921600"

I would really appreciate any help. Thank you in advance.

When you plug in your ESP32 to your PC, do you hear the sound? If not, try a different USB cable.

Make sure you have selected the right COM port for your ESP32 module, from the tools > port menu

Also check your windows device manager​ for missing drivers.
