Contactless Smart Thermometer for Android

Hi currently im doing the contactless smart ir thermometer for android. I actually dont understand how u connect the cables and what other components u need for this project. I already have all the sensors but feels like i need other components. Can someone help me to explain out the circuit diagram and also any mistakes that i made here. Thank you so much
