Controlling robotic Arm using hand gestures with automatic maze Solver car

We will we creating a car with robotic arm , the car will start from starting point and it will go towards the end point , we will be using python to make a map of room and on that map car will move , if any obstacles is present on the way we will use the robotic Arm to lift the obstacles and then car car will start, we will control the robotic arm using python hand gestures
