The project involves developing an smart valve system powered by AI features which will be designed for industrial applications. There are incidents where large pipelines in various industries leads to breakage, due to sudden pressure surges and overflow. Though, various types of valve safety systems are used, early prediction of high pressure surges and proper maintenance of the pipelines system is not implemented completely. The project focuses on developing a system that is capable of preventing pipeline breakages caused by intense pressure fluctuations and overflow incidents. By continuously monitoring pipeline conditions, AI is used to detect early signs of pressure build-up and adjust the valve settings in real-time to regulate flow and maintain optimal pressure levels. This solution will be more applicable for underground pipelines, which are particularly vulnerable to issues like intense pressure build-up and overflow due to their concealed nature, making it harder to detect and respond to potential failures quickly.
