By leveraging sensors that measure skin conductance, temperature fluctuations, and heart rate variability, the system offers a comprehensive view of an individual's stress levels.
The system continuously collects and analyzes data from these sensors to detect stress patterns and provide immediate feedback. Creating an smart band for user that shows the output in the form of 0.96 inch oled display and mini vibration .
