In many of the colleges there is a system that whenever you want to go out of the campus for walk or for going somewhere , you have to make your entry at the hostel gate , and at weekends this process is very hectic , making chaos and long line for writing their name in the logs book.
So i came up with a solution , making a smart entry exit system can solve our issue.
So my idea revolves around making a rfid based system that will work as follows- every student will have their own rfid cards already registered with their name, when they will tap the card , the card uid will be sent to cllg server connected database and then a mail will be sent to the student mail id where there will be a form to fill reason of going out and estimated return time ,after that the administration can see in the logs table that who is out , also a additional feature will be added , that every cllg has a rule of deadline time for entry , and before 1 hr of deadline time a warning mail will be sent to the student mail.

One more thing - there will be a led on board indicating wifi connectivity status , on mode and buzzer to indicate that uid is successfully sent to the server .

I will use RC522 rfid scanner with Arduino UNO R4 WiFi with led indication and buzzer for the hardware .

Currently i will use PHP mailer service and mySQL database for the data storing .
