Smort is an medical caretaker designed for monitoring critical patients who need to take medicines timely without fail.
It is a 4wd platform that holds a movable camera, to monitor patient actions and find out if he needs help or its an emergency, a medicine dispenser to deliver medicines timely alerting the patient what medicine to take at what time, a microphone to observe the alerts from patients, a speaker for alerting the patient to take which medicine at the schedule.
The medication schedule for medicine is set by doctor or some caretaker in the app or website.

So the Maixduino Kit for AI+IoT is apt for this project as it has all the required components on the development board, using inbuilt camera, microphone we monitor the patient and speaker for alerting the patient. The gpio pins can be used to control the 4wd platform and medicine dispenser accordingly.
